Defining a new concept of accommodation in Morocco, this enclave of luxury comprises fifty three individual one to four bedroom riads, all with private courtyards, fountains and plunge pools. Distinctively decorated in sumptuous silks and brocades and richly adorned with antiques and handcrafted furniture, each spacious riad has a living room, bar and patio – the larger riads also benefiting from alfresco dining areas. From the roof terrace, views of the city or Atlas Mountains abound.
Dine in-riad, at one of two gourmet restaurants overseen by renowned chef Yannick Alléno or at La Table, offering delectable meals throughout the day. An underground network of tunnels for staff ensures that service is discretion itself. Recreational amenities are outstanding. Guests can unwind in the Moroccan spa with hammam and swimming pool, whilst younger guests will enjoy the organised activities of the kid’s club. An exceptional new garden complete with an expansive swimming pool, outdoor bar and restaurant and seven private pavilions brings a fresh new look to the medina.
Morocco has a warm, dry continental climate, making it a year round destination. Whilst hot in July and August, winters are mild. The best times to visit are October through to May.
